SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
ORDER
1. All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.
2. Orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed within 2 days. Orders placed and received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the next business day (Monday).
3. PAC Wonderland Sdn. Bhd. will send you a confirmation email for your order after your payment is verified and authorized by the Bank and we have accepted your order. The confirmation email will contain your order details including customer details, product description and delivery address. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 3 business days, please check your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may also contact our Customer Service team at support@pacwonderland.com.
DELIVERY & RATES
1. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days for West Malaysia and 3 to 10 business days for East Malaysia.
2. Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:
• For West Malaysia, orders of RM150.00 and above are entitled for free delivery. A flat rate of RM8.00 shipping charge for order less than RM150.00.
• For East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM30.00 shipping charge for order less than 5KG.
3. Once you have confirmed your order, we will not be able to make changes to the order. Therefore, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
REPORT ORDER PROBLEM
1. If you find that the items you have ordered are damaged upon delivery, please report to support@pacwonderland.com within 7 days with supporting evidence and proof of purchase. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.
2. If in the event that any product is missing from your order, please report to our Customer Service team at support@pacwonderland.com within 7 days upon goods received and we will attend to your report.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
1. All orders made on Pac Wonderland Sdn. Bhd. are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. In the event you receive a damaged/defective item, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with proof of purchase within 7 days upon goods received.
3. To initiate the refund/exchange process of damaged/defective item, you must inform us at support@pacwonderland.com within 7 days upon good(s) received with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number.
4. Please return the goods in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
5. During the return process, customer will have to bear the delivery costs incurred and we will not be held responsible for any lost item(s)
6. Damage or defective issue raised after 7 days upon goods received shall not be entertained.
7. Upon receipt of the returned package, please allow 5 – 7 business days for exchange or refund processes. Confirmation of exchange or refund will be notified via Pac Wonderland customer service email.
8. Refund will not be processed should the goods returned is incomplete or not in its original condition.
9. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 – 14 working days upon refund confirmation, duration may varies depending on bank processing time.
10. PAC Wonderland Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right of making final decision to disapprove exchange or return should the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition or any of the terms above are not met.
11. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
1. We regret to inform that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.
