Jointix magnetic tiles are built to last for years to come which feature a durable sonic-welded star shape design and high quality materials for everyday play. If damage occurs during normal play, please let us know by sending us a photo or video to support@pacwonderland.com. We will be happy to assist you on the damaged pieces.

However Jointix magnetic tiles are not meant for rough play – we advise against throwing, stepping, kicking or any excessive outside force may lead to damage over time.

Jointix magnetic tiles offer children the opportunity to use and develop a whole range of skills including but not limited to : Ability to build 2D and 3D shapes, allows children to visualize colours, 3D creations, shape recognition, building and construction skills.

Jointix magnetics tiles ARE NOT WATERPROOF and should not be submerged, held under running water, or use in the pool. If water gets inside the pieces, we recommend standing them against a wall to help them drain and dry.

Dont’t worry as there’s no safety risk in getting your magnetic tiles wet. Just be aware that immersing them in water could result in rust, mold or mildew.

Simply wipe them with damp cloth with kid-friendly cleaner. We don’t recommend using heavy duty cleaners or other ingredients which might degrade the plastic material over time.
